        • At 1 year I was given my own team of 13 sales guides. Many of those were very successful. Once those guides moved on to different departments, I was awarded a new team of 14 guides… a few of whom are still high producers at RCI today. In a company with a very high turn over rate, that in itself is a great achievement)
        • Once my 2nd team moved to different departments I was promoted to an elite team of sales experts who called clients instead of waiting for them to call us.
